| Job Description/ Key Result Areas : | - Assist HSE Focal Point in implementation of routine HSE activities and in the overall coordination of HSE activities and implementation of procedures at respective site
- Maintain liaison with HSE department for required technical information and support in the area of HSE
- Facilitate in holding meetings of the HSE Site Committee and ensure prompt issuance of minutes of the meeting and implementation of agreed points
- Assist in ensuring that quarterly HSE inspection of respective site is carried out and issue Inspection Report and assist in implementation of actions as per Inspection Report
- Assist in ensuring that Weekly Safety Talk is held regularly
- Assist in preparing specification and contribute in regular maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment & Fire-fighting Equipment
- Ensure availability of adequate Fire-fighting Procedure and holding of regular fire-drills
- Coordinate & provide HSE Awareness/ Procedure training to staff at site
- Assist in compliance of Accident Reporting Procedure
- Ensure that line executives conduct Routine Safety Audit regularly as per procedure
