| Job Description/ Key Result Areas : | - To handle all Technical / Engineering issues in Billing Department.
- To handle / resolve billing complaints of all industrial consumers.
- To assist General Manager (Billing) / Regional General Managers in technical matter regarding Billing Department.
- To prepare different studies / Analysis and presentation for Management particularly regarding UFG control and detection & Evaluation Committee.
- To arrange / conduct training course for billing staff / executives.
- To ensure effective switching over of manual billing system of large industrial consumers to computerized billing.

| Essential Skill Requirements : | - Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point etc
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills.
- Knowhow of Utility Billing procedures
- Knowledge of OGRA regulations
