| Job Description/ Key Result Areas : | - Create functional requirements as an input to application design;
- Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components;
- Interact with different user groups and address technical issues within the constraint environment;
- Troubleshoot and analyze Oracle CC&B Application Functionality, setup, configuration, Process and data issues;
- Handle application functions consumers connection, meter reads, rating, billing, payment, collection, field services etc.
