| Job Description/ Key Result Areas : | - To ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues from Domestic/ Commercial and Special Domestic defaulting consumers.
- Timely disconnection of violation / theft cases for recovery.
- To arrange recovery from Government Departments through personal visits/ negotiations.
- To ensure timely replies to HO queries regarding disconnection / reconnection and to address their grievances.
- To arrange disconnection in case of default in payment of additional security followed by recoveries.

| Essential Skill Requirements : | - Knowledge of OGRA regulations
- Sound knowledge of Civil Laws of Pakistan. (For Recovery Officer Legal)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to write effective Letters and Reports
- Knowhow of Utility Billing procedures
